Just finished watching this on Netflix and was amazed on what it covered and how the Bush Administration handled the occupation of Iraq. I was especially stunned on what it covered regarding the CPA Order No. 2 by Paul Bremer. Great documentary, very good interviews, and it makes me wonder how much and how deep corruption there is in the United States government today and if it will be the downfall of this country.

Sounds like the book "Fiasco" in documentary form.

Anyone interested in the history of the Iraq war should read Fiasco... the author showed remarkable foresight by praising Gen. Petraeus for his work in Northern Iraq before he became commanding general of the coalition forces in Iraq.

I think Frontline did a special on this last year, or maybe it was two years ago. I wasn't surprised at the results that came out of Iraq during and after the war. During the early stages of the war, I found it amusing how the so-called "Iraqi specialists" advisers were all white dudes.

Speaking of Frontline, their episode on Afghanistan last month was definitely great. You should check it out. I think the video is still up on hulu.
