For some reason my computer is so fucking slow internet and all. I have scanned and rescanned with Webroot that has removed the same adware twice, and several trojans alas nothing has changed my slowness, I can't even visit some sites. Right now according to Windows Task Manager I am between 85% and 99% CPU usage which is insane I have never seen that kind of behavior from this computer, ever. For some odd reason it says Spy Sweeper, even when it is not sweeping is taking around 70 percent which again is very weird.

Right now with another sweep done nothing was found. Comp still slow, internet as well.

Turn off spysweeper and do a scan with this: http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/

If spysweeper keeps being a ho switch to something else

end unnecessary ones, end all startup progs

uninstall unneeded progs, worst comes to worst reformat

best adware and spyware removal is malwarebytes though

I recommend uninstalling unnecessary stuff,
downloading CCleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/download
downloading the newest version of malwarebytes, Link
and messing with your boot-time programs.
If all of those don't help, then it's time to reformat.

If you are using Windows, use "Start", "Find", "Files and Folders" to find a file in your windows directory (or WINNT\system32\drivers\etc) called "hosts". Verify that the file is not "read only" by right clicking it, and choosing it's Properties. Then open the file for editting with Notepad. There should already be an entry for "localhost".

On Windows98 and Windows95, the order may be 'hostname' then 'IP address'. On Windows2000 and WindowsME, the order is 'IP address' then 'hostname'

127.0.0.1 localhost

if anything else is there delete it. finally after that get combofix, go to safemode and run comobfix

combofix is way better tool once you know what spyware
