145 pounds. I'd say about a dozen beers and a whiskey or 6 should ensure a delightful evening.

Fats don't absorb anything. It just creates a coating on the stomach which lets less alcohol trough.

Too bad the stomach doesn't do any absorption.
It felt like gravity.

Yeah your body really cares about what beverage the alcohol was served in

Liquor can take you by suprise if you start hammering it down after you have been drinking beer for a while.

this.

no, physically speaking it doesn't matter of course
but when you're already piss drunk and you start slamming these "tiny" shots, you get in trouble. quick.

Also, when you're already piss drunk and you start slamming beers, you get in trouble. quick.
Seriously it makes no sense to tell people not to drink certain beverages before or after others. Unless you're talking about getting sick, then I would also not advice to drink too much chocolate milk.

no, it does make sense, of course the same amount of alcohol = same amount of drunk, regardless of which order you drink them in. However if you start drinking beer and get drunk, then start downing liquor, your sense of taste and judgement will be pretty impaired which makes it pretty easy to drink way too much. Drinking way too much beer is alot harder even if u're already drunk.

Coming into this topic I thought you were seeking advice on how to avoid drinking if you're an alcoholic, quite the opposite i see.

as people have said earlier, space out your drinks, take it as slow as you can, make sure you are hydrated, eat beforehand, and of course, don't be afraid of puking.

The simple and obvious answer is to get a hold of some form of amphetamine, methylphenidate--aka ritalin, aka speed. The nature of the drug is such that it nullifies the effects of feeling "drunk", the inherent danger of course is that you won't be aware of how far gone you really are.

I'm sorry that you're already gone, but I think the best advice is to cheat. Just try to hold it together while you are drunk, and try to cheat your way out of any shot. You'll definately be able to scree over your friends

Seriously, when I read that I just thought of a major face-palm.

I mean come on, they talk about this in HIGH SCHOOL.

It does. That's why bread and greasy pasta may help. Bread soaks up liquids and lots of greasy food create that coating. The longer the alcohol stays in your stomach the more alcohol it can process before it goes into your blood stream.

This can however backfire if you have no experience. You will feel like you can drink all you want and hardly feel any reaction, so you will continue drinking harder than you should. At some point, the delay you created with eating a lot will be gone and you might get fucked up all of a sudden.

Also don't drink liquors until way later, start with beer if possible. A big amount of liquor soaked up in your stomach can make for a nasty surprise 2 hours later.

But generally, eating a lot is the best way to prepare, and bread and greasy carb heavy food the way to go. Just don't expect it to do wonders.

Enough experience drinking, that's exactly why I said that. Funny thing is, we have the same expression in Holland, only replacing liquor with wine and stating the exact opposite.
