it's quiet possible that he could be faking it, I remembered being very drunk and the only stupidity I've done is tell my girlfriend that I have a little bit going on with my officemate.. good thing she forgave my shit on that one

I've been that drunk before plenty of times, most of the time I make sure I am indoors and have people who keep me there (in their homes) before I get too fucked up. Last week I was trying to get a girl to come to NYC from Panama on my cell phone after a party, and I was like "brb" and went to my neighbor's lawn and vomited like 2 pounds of alcohol then went back inside and the girl was like "did you just throw up?" and I was like "lol yea a lot." She's coming in November for my birthday (: I'm a smooth bastard.

Also, every person reacts differently to inebriation (although there are common factors of course), so it's possible that his adrenaline kicked in when he fell and made him jump up. However, from my experience, once I'm down, I'm down for at least 10-20 minutes regardless of where it is. One time I was drinking heavily out of a flask while on the skilift when I was snowboarding, and I got down to the bottom of the mountain before my team, and because our super had the group lift tickets I had to wait at the bottom by the lift for the rest on the team. I sat down and almost instantly fell asleep, my face supported by my hand. About 20-30 minutes later the instructor woke me up, asked me why I was covered in snow (snow started to accumulate on my statuesque body) and told me that some girl injured herself that's why it took so long. I wasn't cold or anything, vodka is the shit.

I was this drunk once before in my life and I wanted to get home so badly, I stood up (or tried to) immediately whenever I fell down. I swear I almost drowned in a lake if there weren't so many people around me. That was the scariest thing that ever happened to me and thankfully I never had to go through that again.
