+ Show Spoiler + Monday: 11:30am - 5 members 2:30pm - 7 members (4 members have class @ 4pm though) Tuesday: 2:30pm - 6 members 5:30 - 7 members *Wednesday* 11:30am - 5 members (5 joins at 2:30pm) (2 leaves at 2:30pm) 2:30pm - 8 members *Thursday* 1pm - 8 members (2 member joins at 2:30pm) (1 member leaves at 2:30pm but can join back 5:30pm) 2:30pm - 9 members Friday: 12:30pm - 6 members Wednesday and Thursday will be the best time for almost all of us to meet up but it could be difficult placing all of us in the same area with laptop and plugs. We have a decent amount of players on Tuesday and Friday but Monday seems to be a little rushed. This week we will meet at Thursday at 1pm @ Tim Horton's inside William Small Center but we would most likely move to another place. (Anyone have any suggestions of an area that we could just meet without moving?) We'll be completing the final copy of the registration form for our club and go over the constitution as well as discussing the possible times to meet. After we finish with all the administrative duties we can finally play some games. =b | ||
