Doing it in the right setting is also key. Somewhere you and your friends will be mostly alone is the only right way (tripping in public places causes far more adverse reactions). Even if you're worried about somebody's parents/roommates/lover coming home and being a buzzkill, it can taint the experience. As far as having a 'bad trip' goes, it's still a valuable experience. In fact, many psychedelic users find that the bad trips, with their introspection or even self-loathing, are the most valuable as it can be very clear to you what lifestyle changes you need to make. All in all, I have to say if you want to, then go for it. There's no permanent or physical reprecussions. | ||

So yea he was being generally crazy and annoying and freaking out and he eventually threw up I think. Later on when everyone was headed some stupid freinds dropped him off on the corner when they were tired of baby sitting him. Kinda fucked up but he's ok and thinks the whole thing was funny on hindsight. | ||

oh, and dont stay inssiiddeee if shrooms are anything like acid, you may want someone not tripping to keep you in check in public. make sure you're really comfortable with the people you trip with. | ||

You will feel a lot more body sensations off of shrooms than acid. Acid is more introspective in nature but skews perception and relativity so it is best to take much of the trip lightly. As for shrooms, sensitivity to touch and conversation will cause reverberation of the mind and soul (so having the correct mindset from the get-go is essential). Have a good time. Three to four friends you are comfortable with (as far as loyalty goes) is a good barometer of potential outcomes. By loyalty and being comfortable goes, if you have a bad trip it wil allow you to be 'talked down' by your friends. ONE IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER: Bad trips only last as long as you want them to. So no worries. | ||
