May or may not help, but you could try relaxing or using a more free flowing mouse grip. My pinky has absolutely no pressure applied to it when I hold a mouse. This is based on absolutely nothing BTW, except personal experience, but could be worth a shot. | ||

Regardless, what do you mean 'curled while holding the mouse'? Do you curl your pink to the side and use the rest of your fingers? If so as others have said it seems not unlikely that within a tense game you are compressing it and cutting off blood supply. Hope you manage to figure it out. | ||

Then I realized the game sucked and quit for starcraft | ||
