The peak of my "Real Life" experience was when I almost kinda beat up a guy 4 years younger than me, (Level 12 noob I was 16) and almost scored with a chick who was almost moderately attractive. Then I realized the game sucked and quit for starcraft

This used to happen to me sometimes with my razer diamondback. I think I had to try positioning the pinky slightly differently while I played bw to avoid getting the problem... but if it happens once or twice it doubtfully is indicative of any major problem. Just rest it a bit.

try stretching it and stuff before/after games. And make sure it's not actually the finger squeezing on your mouse try and use your ring finger for that or something
