WTF, retarded people. I mean, I don't wish him bad things really, but there's a thing is called natural selection. If this video was real, it's it's prime example and basically the kid was asking for it doing stupid shit.
Another thing which boggles the mind - why was he on surgery and not in the fucking morgue where he belongs after that jump and blood loss.

I personally don't think it is fake because someone would die from that injury.
Weirder things have certainly happened. But I just find it weird doctors would allow a camera in while performing life-saving surgery. Plus without any mouth/nose and being in the water for what seemed like at the very least 30 seconds, I assumed he would've drowned. Nothing to stop the water from pouring down his esophagus. Gulp gulp gulp.

Water pouring down your esophagus will not drown you, it will just go into your stomach, which is fine.
If his epiglottis were damaged then he would have water pouring into his lungs, which would cause him to drown, but I guess it was ok.

^^ He was trying to jump off of a (maybe 3-4 story) building into water, but just before he jumped he lost his footing and undershot the water, hitting a strip of ground instead, and then ended up in the water. The water had a lot of blood in it, and everybody was screaming, except for 1 person who got in to help him. Then it shows doctors in a hospital holding the two halves of his face together.

I think its fake mostly because it would be extremely rare for a hospital to let people record this. Also i find it odd the way the face got cut off.

I can't believe how the doctors were able to operate on him. I am able to watch the video but I'm far from saying that I was completely unphased(sp?) by it. Being able to see that in person and still maintain the composure to operate on him is the crazy part.
