Who in their right mind would keep taping that, and then want to tape the surgery?

WTF, retarded people. I mean, I don't wish him bad things really, but there's a thing is called natural selection. If this video was real, it's it's prime example and basically the kid was asking for it doing stupid shit. Another thing which boggles the mind - why was he on surgery and not in the fucking morgue where he belongs after that jump and blood loss.

why do people think it is fake? People take insane injuries and live through them all the time o_O

I personally don't think it is fake because someone would die from that injury. Weirder things have certainly happened. But I just find it weird doctors would allow a camera in while performing life-saving surgery. Plus without any mouth/nose and being in the water for what seemed like at the very least 30 seconds, I assumed he would've drowned. Nothing to stop the water from pouring down his esophagus. Gulp gulp gulp.

That is some serious facial injuries, though i have seen alot worse facial injuries which people have survived, but he's without a doubt extremely lucky to survive that.

Title is misleading. Anyways, probably not fake, however he cheated darwin of another frag.

I found their high pitch squeeling more disturbing than the face.

Gross. I wouldn't even want to survive that unless I had an epic plastic surgeon.

There is actually a video (extremely NSFW) of him right after the accident still conscious while cutted in half.
I have no idea how people can survive things like this, but they do.

I read the comments and I am way too much of a pussy to watch the video or see pictures. Someone explain what it is?
|
Face cut in half lenght wise, that is all. It's pretty bad ray, i mean the guy now have 2x half a face.

Guy attempts a retarded dive, hits concrete, face is rearranged into some kind of sick hybrid between The Predator's mandibles and a recently deflowered virgin's vagina

If his epiglottis were damaged then he would have water pouring into his lungs, which would cause him to drown, but I guess it was ok.
Edit: Apparently I thought this was a good time for a science lesson.
