hey guys
since im in college now i am only on a laptop now. its been 1-2 weeks since ive been playing on it, and its just driving me nuts. i play 30 apm lower on this, because im not used to the computer, and im really really not used to the mouse i have. im not gonna go out and buy a new mouse or anything... so what tips do you guys have for getting used to this new setup? its so frustrating cuz im 30 apm lower than i am on my old computer, and i cant do anything micro oriented cuz my clicks are so inaccurate with this mouse

I'm in the same situation you are, just takes time and repetition to get used to your new setup bro.

You could work on creating a whole bunch of threads on TL. That way you would get to practice and talk to pplz. Don't worry about content, you won't need that.

Oh no it is. I'm saying you might as well do something that's not frustrating while you get your dexterity back.
Don't hate me

took me like a month to get use to it. recovered my apms yaaaahhhh.

you can buy a cheap keyboard. i got an inland keyboard for ~$6 and get some sort of wired mouse. Then you can play and get used to it without destroying your keyboard.

lol it depends on the equipment too when i switched from diamondback plasma to logitech g9, i was able to play at 100% (actually, even better I'd say) right away. You'd think it would take a while since the shapes are completely different but *shrug*

maybe i should just buy a normal keyboard, but the keyboard isnt the problem... my mouse sucks balls. my dad forced me to get a wireless, even though i told him id just use the touchpad in lectures... i dont want to drop 20 bucks for a mouse when i alrady have one.... this really sucks lol
