So, I was playing iccup today after watching Gertorp stream, and decided to try "His TvP Style" witch consists in getting your factory 20 seconds earlier and a faster expansion(10/10/10 Builld). Gertorp goes for 2 vults before tank and mines, so did I ( it actually works pretty good).So I had faster and somehow a safer expansion. My Follow up was getting 2 additional facts and fast pushing since he FE'd, of course I Failed since he had better micro.
Now at this stage of the game I'm pretty much screwed, and the only way of getting back in the game is, either harassing like a whore or getting a new expansion and add more facts.
I decided for the second Option, get a new expansion/upgrades/facts.
At my eyes I'm still behind, so I start playing kind of crappy just focusing on macro laying mines, couple of scans. This Protoss had good map control IMO.
So it comes out like a regular TvP, Protoss expands gets expos/arbiter while Terran after his "OMG FAIL PUSH, YOU SUCK AT MICRO" starts "powering( see Chill definition)".
Now it all comes to one thing DA FIGHTZZZZZ, yea thats right a one hit K.O battle, or Protoss gayness called Recall, So guess what?,
Yep, Protoss gayness Recall, really gay recall, like its amazing how many games Terran loses when the Protoss decides to make Blue Tornado with his arbiters.(I have lost countless times to recall in base, even after defending it, one just gets sooooooo behind, id say Protoss is IMBA) (Artosis comment SUP, ^_^), since I lose so many times to recall i decided to mine up my base and turret other posible "routes for the arbzz" like trying to make a cute trap, and
OHHHHH EMMMMM GEEEEEE, it worked I was amazed the arbiter recall and instead of Blue Tornado he got Blue GUE!, mines are heros. How many Protoss have lost from 3 to 5 goons to a single mine?, Almost every Protoss. It's amazing the power a mine Holds. 125 damage FTW, and it has some kind of "splash", True Terran power. Pure sexiness right there.
Recall became a double edge weapon at my eyes, Blue Tornado(Win) or Blue Gue(Fail), this Protoss got Blue Gue(fail) and right here I just got a new expo while I A moved to his base, no siege or anything just A click all my groups. After the game I checked our apms, yea thats right, "I R APM JUNKIE!!" So I came out with a really LOW apm (compared to other games) I got 210 or something like that(Normally 250) but protoss got 291?, ARE YOU KDDING ME? 290+ apm that is just insane, Dont you guys think? I mean having 290 apm is pretty decent for Protoss IMO.
So to me this guy MUST be Korean, I like him up in iccup and he is from Preu, just amazing Foreigners with Gosu apm, I didn't knew this was Possible/Ture.
So I came up with a Question, How many Foreigners have High apm, and are they respected, or known to the Non-Korean Scene?
This is my first "long entry" so I would love some FeedBack, on the Writeup and maybe Game, mostly wiretup ^^ THANKS!

290 apm protoss isn't that crazy. APM doesn't mean a whole lot, as I'm sure people will say.

The fact that you include LzGamer in that list makes me laugh. I love Jake but he's not even close to being on the level of those players, just because he streams games and gets a good ladder rank doesn't mean he's anywhere near as good as those other players (check out actual accomplishments).

APM honestly is only a rough indicator. I've played 300APM players at D ranks...which obviously doesn't mean shit.

If you read the post to which you refer carefully you'll notice no mention of the relative skill of the players involved. He was listing foreigners with 'high' apm.

Try using a program to check their EAPM, iccup.com has a good one. If htey somehow have 300+ apm and are only D (which i doubt) then their eapm is like 90 if that. lol.

I played a D Terran with 300 APM, and 180 EAPM. I pwned him because he built his starport and science facility too close to the edge of his main on Destination. Delayed vessel tech for the entire game with muta harass and lurkers on the bottom of the cliff.
After 999999 dead marines, several dead tanks, and a "wtf?", _________ has left the game.

I have seen LZ beat Ret and Idra on his stream several times. He isn't the best, but you must admit he is damn good and one of the top foreigners.

But are you more interested in comments about:
- the grammatical/spelling/typing improvement

146 EAPM, nothing THAT great TBH. Let me check few reps:
For example Sawyer has ~300 apm and ~220 EAPM and he is not korean, he isn't actually even on top foreigners list (even though he IS good).
Zpux has 240 APM and ~160 eapm.
Hayder 210 apm and ~151 EAPM.
LZ 180 APM, 120 EAPM.
Infernal 215 APM, 145 EAPM.
Shauni 265APM, 160 EAPM.
White-Ra 213 APM 148 EAPM.
Ret 252 APM 159 EAPM.
Idra 300 apm 208 EAPM - yes, you can compare this guy to korean standards (but not A or S class ).
And as last example - NaDa, 344 APM and 236 EAPM (game on colloseum vs Ret, take note that NaDa's is known for higher APM, however now he is no longer one of top Koreans. Unfortunatelly 
As you can see - it is not that much about APM, more about EAPM and other components of "skill".
I hope these examples are enough to convince you that this guy probably is not Korean
