soO is fourth to me on that list. He was the best zerg of HotS overall, but he hasn't had as many results in LotV. He really deserved that big premier IEM Katowice win, but the others on the list either won Blizzcon or the combination of GSL + SSL, which I rate higher.

The rest is pretty tough. Rogue had one of the best continuous winning streaks in premier tournaments with IEM-Super Tournament-Blizzcon-IEM, and so probably had the highest peak. Dark has 16 ro4+ (3x SSL, 3x IEM, 4x GSL, 3x ST, WESG, GSLvsWorld, Blizzcon) finishes in premier tournaments all throughout LotV so he wins consistency, and Serral (together with Maru & Stats) dominated 2018 after IEM Katowice, but did so mostly against foreign competition. At that point it becomes a question of how you weigh everything.

It’s either Serral or Dark, and I’ve got “absolutely dominating WCS and winning at Blizzcon” over “placing well consistently and winning Code S” I can totally understand why some have it the other way around, butat Blizzcon, they went head to head and Serral made Dark look like he didn’t deserve to get out of groups. In a question like this, h2h results at top-level events has to factor in somewhat.

Rouge has had a few moments of greatness, but he hasn’t quite reached the same heights.

Rogue and Dark are pretty close. 1 and 4 seem pretty clear cut imo.

Putting serral in last here is laughable. I'd understand putting him behind Dark, although I personally don't agree, but soO, while very consistently good, has never reached the heights of Rogue and Serral, and Rogue himself had one extremely high peak and proceeded to fade back into being a GSL ro8-ro4 caliber player. Serral displayed nearly an entire year of being above and beyond any and all competition, beating INno, Dark, and Stats at GSLVW, and then absolutely dismantling sOs, Dark, and Rogue and beating Stats at Blizzcon.

winning 2 tournaments against good players = "nearly an entire year of being above and beyond any and all competition"

he won two consecutive tournaments against the absolute best players in the world, and in those tournaments and all the ones between them, dropped a singular series, which was against someone who had recently taken TY to the brink in the GSL semifinals.

I hate serral, but he is the best zerg. I will admit it considering how many times he took games of dark.

I do understand that you hate serral, but he's 9-5 in maps and 3-1 in series against Dark in LotV. He hasn't lost a series against him in over 2 years. I wouldn't just call that taking games against dark.

Since Teamliquid is an international community.

Most of ppl will vote on Serral no matter how good he is among those 4, but he is actually the one best right now.

HotS best zerg was Life, whom Serral also believes is the the best player (not just zerg) of all time. Of course Serral takes the LotV zerg crown. It's not even a hard choice, to be honest.
