the game itself (the artwork that is) looks boring, wich gave me the feeling that everything is so fast paced...
i hope blizzard is aware that new units and new mechanics are not the only important things

Not impressed at this point, like at all. Considering the fact how I got bored of HoTS... well, guess I'll wait to see what Blizz can do during beta. If not much, then I'll probably just skip it completely.

In my opinion SC2 loses a lot of its sophistication to all the explosions and stuff. I don't mind games getting faster and more fast paced, but as it currently stands I will be skipping the whole thing. Protoss pulling the short straw on boring new units isn't helping either, disruptor is just a replacement for colossus (RIP) and adept is ok for blink stalker 2.0 I guess. Anyway the whole thing reeks of Blizz milking the cash cow one last time to me, sorry to be outside the hype train.

it looks alright. but I dont know if it can promote SC2 itself enough to become more esports relevant.

meaning: a successful beta might increase viewership and make SC2 a premiere esports title again, because right now it sure doesnt feel like one.

Thank god its in early beta. I voted for the funny waiting until Life plays it but it does look terrible. HotS looked awful at the start too so I still have hope Blizzard will get their shit together and make the game good

I think WoL and HotS were good. HotS will end terribly if this is indeed the last patch though. Such a shame

From what I've read and seen so far, the game now feels even more like Command & Conquer.
And there must be a reason why C&C is not being played anymore (even the newer ones like C&C 3 and 4 or RA3), while the (much older) likes of Broodwar, Age of Empires and Warcraft are still kicking at some level.
