I hope for none, but the weak-ish Korean line-up and strongest foreign line-up at HSC in a while should produce at least one.
The bracket luck is almost enough to guarantee a foreigner top 8 finish.

Well there's still two TBA slots that may change a lot (Bogus, Polt, or JD come), or little to nothing (Zombie-Stephano :p)

HSC is one where foreigners typically fare well in, and the Korean representation isn't too scary so I'll say 2 atm (not actually voting yet).

I think there is a good chance at least one or more get through considering there is only 8 koreans including Zenio who i don't find to be too great and a possibility of a korean getting elim by another korean.

The worst time people have mixed it up was when there was a poll asking for the least favorite match up and it was like 1 ZvZ 2 TvZ 3 PvP and then EVERY comment was people saying they thought it was best matchup.

Side not. I think none. Taeja is a lock. Hyun Symbol jjacki and Hero are all pretty solid bets. MC has been looking good recently and HSC always seems like a good event for him. Plus There are still the 2 TBAs which are both suppose to be very high level competition. (most rumors are of sOs Innovation or JD all of which are locks like Taeja). Overall the KR pool might be smaller but aside from really Zenio there are no real slouches.
