Just like HoeJJa, studying the map really well, knowing your opponent, and getting lucky will only go so far. pepe otherwise just doesn't have that strong base of skill to really take out somebody like JangBi, who can go head to head with someone like Flash and realistically be expected to win. JangBi it is for me.
