For international tournaments the invitational format (8-16 players) is very common. We would be relegating a large portion of the most significant tournaments in terms of viewership, prize money, and prestige to non-Elo status.

For Korean tournaments the structure for traditional starleagues has always been very rigorous, with qualifiers and tiered leagues. The smaller invitationals are infrequent and less prestigious despite healthy prizes. In BW this traditionally lead to an average level of preparation and play that was below what the same players would bring to a Proleague or Starleague match, and we've carried this philosophy over to the SC2 Korean DB.

Changed. Which tournaments do you have info on? The WCG Qualifier, the IeSF Qualifier, or the TGX Tournament? Or all? We at least need to know scores for each match, not just placements.

It seems (P)Lure is no longer a part of Checksix according to LP. CHeeSY, a coach in Checksix, edited LP to designate Lure as a former player.

AFAIK VPGamers has no site and Lure did not stick with Check6 in the merge, so he's technically "former".

I'm not sure if this is the right place, blame keit either way.
In the BW VODs page, after watching the Fantasy vs JangBi finals and clicking on 'Set 6', it said:

Results: Fantasy 3:2 JangBi

A minor mistake but it's there '-'

To be extremely nit-picky, and I mean EXTREMELY, having a constantly updated ELO rankings of players on the homepage can provide spoilers. Like when I went to sleep Taeja was at #1 and now he is at #4 and DRG is above him. I know this is small and rediculous but it did spoil the GSL matches for me today because I knew Teaja would have to lose to drop that many spots. Also, when the Code S finals rolls around I would bet that if the champion isn't first place ELO going in he will move up X amount of ranks after winning the finals. I can already see this spoiling the finals as I 90% of the time can't watch them live.

Just some food for thought, I fucking LOOOOOVVEEEEE me some TLPD you guys are my liquid heroes
There is always tomorrow nshs.seal.

The amount of games in September is pretty low (SC2), I'm guessing there is some stuff in the backlog. You guys need any help?

Thank you for the explaination, seems reasonable.

But you may add Korean Weekly 10 and 11? ^.^
