[Yellow] Before StarCraft, I’ve never had any strong passion of what I want to do. I was confident

12:17 [mom] Even when he was into gaming, I really didn’t know what it was. I didn’t even know what was going on even when I watched it on TV. I just thought he would come back home after a while. So I told him, “Ok, I will give you one year to pursue gaming. Consider that going to college one year late.”

12:38 [Yellow] I moved to the capital and just slept on random storage places. I couldn’t eat. I don’t remember having meals, I just had food once a day, and even that it was bowl noodle. I lived like that for a year. I practiced a lot, thinking only winning games can get me out of this.
13:01 [mom] I was saddened and heart-broken. If I were there supporting him, like preparing meals and stuff, I would not have as heart-broken. But he moved far away, so I didn’t know if he was eating well or whatever.
13:20 [narrator] 19 year old. The age when you eat a lot. At that age he moved out of his house and maintained poor life style of eating bowl noodle only, just to pursue game. What was it that carried him on? What is it that make people crazed about StarCraft?
