It's an interesting AJAX website designed to showcase browsing without clicking. It gets really uncomfortable after a while, and it's fascinating how hard-wired we are to clicking.

That was really interesting. The flow definitely feels different, but I could easily get used to an interface like that. The experiment things where your movement manipulated stuff was pretty cool too.

I think I'll stick with clicking, mouse buttons are there for a reason ^^

aaaahhhh so annoying. When I'm not doing anything with my mouse I subconsciously waggle it around a bit but there that fucks everything up. Feels so alien browsing that site.

I think I'll stick to clicking.

Really cool, I don't know what to think. Clicking feels better of course just because we are used to it.

I saw this quite some time ago and was intrigued at first, but in actuality it's really alien to me and also quite uncomfortable. I hate having to maneuver around just to ensure I don't 'click' on what I'm not looking to click.

This was actually painful. I think it's just a psychological reflex when told you're not allowed to do something.

I doubt this site will give much usefull information, cause i guesse most people just click to try it out.

wow i really like this, in cooperation with touch screen, integrating web browsing with giant monitor walls would make a most interesting futuristic house.

I really didn't have any problem whatsoever to stop clicking... but I agree with aforementioned opinions that you have way more control when you do click.

I don't need that mouse-pain-when-you-click-thing :D just about focus, though. But I feel that focusing on not clicking is a waste of mental energy when you can just naturally click.

Maybe this becomes something in the future

It's annoying. I don't have a psychological compulsion to click, but you have to wrap your mouse around objects to select them, and with a horizontal bar, you can only do it on one side. It would be much better if a delay was built in to avoid this problem.

For instance:

Menu 1 Menu 2
v
crap 1
crap 2
crap 3

Moving the mouse down automatically gives you crap 1, unless you swing the mouse around it, avoiding Menu 2.
