There's this toy called Munny:
He's basically a plain figure made of vinyl that you can decorate with pens, paint, etc. They've got some samples on their website that people submitted.
Anyway, I gave a plain one to my girlfriend to decorate for me some time ago and here is what she produced:
It looks great. Since she wanted to surprise me, she actually went to TL.net to find the pony logo rather than asking to use my TL shirt.
The body of the figure is about 1.5 inches (3.8 cm), so a lot of work went into drawing all the little details, especially the pony's head and the scarf.

Even tho I find it kind of nerdy that your gf does that for you, it shows atleast that she even loves the nerd inside of you, so probably good job to you too. =)
