To begin this act of unity, to start off the beginning of the end for the mafia, to incite the town to victory, I will succinctly yet definitively clear any suspicions I, my actions, or my name may have stirred into the minds of any man. My username on TeamLiquid, 0cz3c, is really "Oczec"; however, on the grounds that "0" and "3" are cooler than "O" and "E," I chose 0cz3c to be my user ID. Oczec is merely a fictitious character. Yes, it is winter. Yes, in the places where we live, in the houses where we sleep, and in the woods where we hang those stained with the red letter M, it is winter. And winter seems to us to be a time of darkness and a time of death. But I tell you my fellow townies that a spring shall come to us. I tell you that victory will approach us, the innocent and the humble. Everything seems to be dying or to have already died in the winter. Everything. But something stays alive. Trees. Evergreen trees. And I myself am one of those trees. A green, innocent tree. A tree that, although surrounded by death, is also surrounded by other living, thriving, and blossoming green trees. I ask, I beseech, I urge these green townies, of which I myself am part of, to help illuminate those beneath them (i.e. below the trees), the startled, chaotic, and worried town, but also to shield the town from the setting, murky, dangerous, and red sunset. I think I've thrown away suspicions from me. I hope. I was right the last game in my suspicions, so I warn the mafia now: I will find you, wherever you may be; wherever you may hide, I will scour the woods and I will find and I will destroy the mafia. | ||

However, I must warn any special roles that are blue, not red. Scaramanga is telling you, if this checks out, to PM your role to Ace. But the mafia all know their roles, so what is it to Ace to sacrifice one of his mafia in order to gain the knowledge of all the ranks and roles of our town? Be careful, for certain birdies live in our protected canopy, flying only to take notice of any advancing murderers, but others are vultures, preying on our deaths, living above our canopy, and descending down into our daytime paradise to feed on the defenseless. With all these accusations concerning those who appear to have red blood flowing through their veins, I find this to be the most opportune moment to inform my town that I am indeed an innocent, green townie. I am no mafia; no, in fact I have no special roles. I am just a green, innocent townie. But a green townie is a loyal and pure citizen, untainted by such thieves of life who, at this very moment, must be plotting heinous crimes against our good-natured village. And even though I myself cannot look into the clouds above, even though I myself cannot see the setting sunset, and even though I have no blue glow emerging out from me in the night, I declare to the town that I am and will be doing all I that I can to discern who is mafia, and I make open to all the mafia, wherever you may be, that I will find you, and, by Christmastime, blues and greens alike will be able to celebrate a peaceful, joyful, and living Christmas with the knowledge that not one stained by the tainted thoughts of crime and rebellion lives among them. | ||

Please do not kill me this night. I have no important or special role in this game. I have no reason to lie; I am but a mere green townie. Please do not kill me. I repeat that I have no special roles. It would be much more beneficial for you to focus on killing practically anyone BUT me, for you already are all aware of the fact that I am indeed a plain, green townie. If you do decide to kill me, then, I tell you, beware. For the town is surrounded by a sea of green, and above it, in harmony with the green, is a sky of blue. How much longer will you attempt your madness on us, traitors of the town? How much longer will you drive on towards our ruin? You cannot pursue us relentlessly. You will not win. The town, both the leaders and the loyal followers, sees right through you. And yet you barge right into this town, all of you, and, with your eyes, you designate us towards our death. I will not stand for this! No, no, I say, the town, the innocent, and the special roles, which I repeat to those plotting to kill me I AM NOT A PART OF, will not stand for this. We ought not to worry that the matter was done with too harsh cruelty but that the punishment, your swift death, has been exacted upon you too slowly. Flee now, the town tells you. I've already told everyone my role. I'm not entirely sure why, almost out of nowhere, I'm being accused of being part of the nefarious conspiracy. Perhaps, in telling the mafia that dooms awaits them, I left out words of encouragement and congratulation to the town. If I have left you out from my conversation, fellow townies and necessary blue roles, I apologize. I was in fault. This is an address to the town: One down, nine to go. Let's get them. The mafia together is strong, certainly not as strong as a unified town, but strong nonetheless. Separated, they are cowards. Together, they can try to overcome a unified town; scattered, they worry about their own skin, and their will not try to do anything. We have already done much to scatter the mafia, but there is still much to be done. I assure my fellow green townies that I, as a loyal, green, and plain townie will assist as much as possible in discovering the culprits on this circulating conspiracy. Innocents, we are like the plains of Africa. We are plain, we are pure, we are plenty, we are succulent and necessary to the survival of benevolent blue creatures, but most importantly, we are green. To establish myself as an innocent, green townie, I will, from now on, only write in the green font while in this topic. I think that that will prove that I cannot be any other role than a green townie. | ||

Please change your votes in the lynching thread away from me to someone more susceptible to fall to the life of crime. I warned the mafia before, and I will warn them again. You made a wise choice in not killing me last night. To the townies, I say once more: they have cowered. They, in utter fear of discovery, did not kill me. The cowards. We are closer to victory than before, and I promise that, with my concealed guidance, we will achieve absolute victory! | ||

If you were to choose a list of 8 remaining mafia, who would you choose? You seem to have been in a group of players, so I'm assuming/hoping that you can inconspicuously use that to help the town. Can someone inform me why there are so many votes for AttackZerg in the voting thread? I thought he was a paramedic... | ||

It is my opinion that truthbringer has been mixing reason with rationalizations, the objective with the subjective. And it's have a deleterious effect on the town! Truth, by necessity, must be objective, yet all I see from him is opinion. And a personal feud. Though this game I have done nothing but go out of my way to provide the truth to the green townies. I, objectively proclaimed the truth that I, indeed, am a townie. I try so hard with my posts, I try so long to make everyone happy, I've re-read the clues at least a dozen time, and I did this all to motivate, encourage, and win with the town. And this is what I get from TruthBringer, a person who falsely and pretentiously pretends to bring the truth to the town. I'm...I'm...I'm deeply offended! | ||

Much better. I was asked to do some clue analysis earlier. From all the clues (I'd rather not copy and paste, it's far too long), I've reached the conclusion that I am not hinted at. This leads me to believe that I indeed am not mafia. That's relieving. This looks fun; I'll do some more clue analysis tomorrow! edit = replaced "so" with "do" | ||

Day 1 = "sunset"; "the lights died" Day 2 = "a ray of light arcing from his chest" Day 3 = ""sun was down"; "flipped a light switch" I would say that, by necessity, lights would be mentioned in any day post, but the day 2 reference is almost begging us to wonder why not. Sure the sun sets when night approaches and light go off when someone sets himself up for a murder, but what else can a ray of light coming out from a dead body's chest insinuate? I'd like Amber[light] to defend himself. Also, please name seven (7) people whom you think are in mafia. | ||
