Job is being bit of a dick bag. Said I was gonna leave for career progression and more money cos they don't provide either here so they offered me a sidegrade job with better marketable skills and a plan for progression in the company.

Now it turns out that hr thinks it's better to advertise that role internally instead of just giving it to me. They say they want me to stay but then don't actually give a shit.

Probably should just leave.

Also i cba to ask damdred about this not normal role shit. If it is like it's worded then rayn is mafia because he knows a gf can send a rb action and not be tracked instead of the normal response of we have a medic and watcher so vig couldn't get rbd.
