No it's hiding a claim in something that is exactly not a c&p of the role PM
For example if yamato went full retard and ended every town role PM with "You R Townz0" and you tried to casually work the word "townzo" into your posts to later point out that you've totally gotten a town role PM.

You know, since directly reposting your role PM is already illegal

The rule is basically a failsafe for scrub hosts that aren't able to write neutral flavor or consistent formating
but mafia usually get fake town role PMs anyway so it's really quite useful to not try to "confirm" people as town this way so don't mind the rulez.
