Making a claimed mason mayor is a pretty good idea. It just depends on the person and their scum read. Are we really that set on not making BH or hopeless mayor?

If a mason is mayor, are bodyguards unable to protect him, making him vulnerable to night kills?

Mason
You are a town Mason with [Insert player names here], you survived a recent TL Mafia game as town. After said game you are certain of your fellow Mason's alignments. Unfortunately you have a weak constitution so You cannot be protected from night kills

Bodyguard
You have been promoted to a Bodyguard. As long as you are alive you will protect the mayor from any night kills. However if you are roleblocked during the night, the mayor can be killed that night.

This is worded like that is the case.

Yeah but aside from a townie choosing the lynch, it's pretty pointless. I'd rather give it to someone who is a town read that mafia want to kill.

I'm not confident in marv's alignment but what do I know. So much ego clashing and people don't adequately reform their reads when they find out people's alignment.

I probably wouldn't lynch suchdoge, he is aggressively active, and it feels like town under pressure, not scum.

I guess I need to post more here.

I'm pretty against lynching WoS at the moment. I want to talk with him more, but I find his mentality fairly townie. Opting in and out of the mayor race is very conscious of the town atmosphere. The accusations that came with his candidacy were based on something I felt was town.

I also think this would be particularly bold of scum to do:
