As promised, and after the awesome time we had last time, I am happy to announce the SC2 Toronto Open Tournament #2 hosted at the Microsoft Store in Yorkdale mall. There are 24 spots available because space is limited. Because of venue policy registration can only be done online. I hope to see all the awesome people I saw last time plus more.

Will PCs be provided?

Yes, PCs will be provided.

What kind of PCs are they?

They are Sony VAIO T Series 13 Laptops with a resolution of 1366 x 768

Can I pay on site?

No, due to venue policy there can be no entry fees collected on site. You need to register online to be able to play in the Tournament

Is there a fee to watch?

Nope, no fee, come cheer on your friends.

Do I need to bring anything?

Yes, you'll need a mouse, keyboard, headset, valid Starcraft 2: Heart of the Swarm Battle.net account, and your A-Game.

Will there be a Live stream?

tentative yes

Can I bring my own Rig?

Nope, no need to bring your own setup, PCs will be provided.

I will literally kill my opponent for a DQ before I'm forced to play on red city, I'll gladly take life in prison to avoid it.

For those that played there, how different is it playing at the Microsoft Store compared to playing at home? I'm not even talking about the surrounding environment. I'm just talking about you to your PC (laptop in this case).

The store itself was really nice, great lighting and good room temperature. As for the hardware the laptops ran the game pretty smooth, I didn't check the FPS but playing I didn't really notice any performance issues so the laptops ran perfectly fine. The only thing that that I needed to adjust to personally was the size of the screen, it was just smaller than I was used too.

I don't think I can make this lan but I hope it turns out great. Hf everyone and thanks drek for running another lan

Thanks Joker! I am glad to be running another one. I have also updated the tickets. I'll be putting together a bracket for wednesday and registration closes on friday.
