Following the kick-off of the WCS EU last week, it is time for challengers to rise up ready to face the players that fall down from the Premier League. Through four qualifiers, 16 players will qualify for the Challenger League, where they will be first joined by the 16 players that drop down from the Premier League, in the Challenger League Round of 32.

From the 4th to 12th of May four online qualifiers will be held with up to 1024 participants each. Every day the top 4 will qualify for the Challenger League of WCS Europe's first season. The brackets of all qualifiers will be seeded based on a dedicated WCS ranking followed by the all-time Go4SC2 ranking. All matches will be played in best of three format.

Cups are open for everyone that is currently Master or Grandmaster. Non-EU Masters/Grandmasters need to mail at wcs(at)esl.eu with links to their ESL and Battle.net profiles. It's mandatory to have your StarCraft II Character Code and your StarCraft II Web-ID entered in your ESL profile. See esl.eu/eu/sc2/gameaccounts for detailed instructions.

I don't want to unnecessarily ruin anything for anyone, but there's a Chinese player registered by the name of orAnge, and well, there was a Chinese Terran in the American qualifiers (at least the Challenger qualifiers) with that same capitalised 'A' playing. Hopefully an admin sees this and clears it up.
