MeleeMapTesting Chatchannel (EU)

mogoh Germany109 Posts May 22 2012 12:17 GMT #1 Hello TL. I'll make it short: It is hard (for me) to find players for melee custom maps. I think we have a lot of great maps, and I want to play on them. Also, I think it might be difficult fo mappers to find someone to play there maps, to get feedback. The Solution: The "MeleeMapTesting" Chatchannel. Meet other players who are interested in melee maps beyond standard ladder maps. I'll be there as often as possible. =)

It's a matter of who is willing to give up their time to test it, and that's completely out of our control whether we have a channel for it or not.

Most mappers (and certainly those in this channel) are already on TL and so will already be able to give feedback anyway. Meanwhile a lot of mappers would prefer to just spend the time on their own map, so not a lot of people turn up.
