I distribute the prize money within a week of winning. The past two tournaments, prizes were distributed in less than 3 days. Do note that smaller turnout to cede smaller prizes as we are a self-sustained group.

Note that ESV Ohana Re has been replaced with ESV Ohana. The Re version is being taken off b.net.

Where do you live at? There are a few spots that are still open in New England, but they are far apart.
"from Providence" It looks like the closest LAN center to you is GosuLAN in Framingham, MA, at least that I know of. After that, it's Friendly Fire Gaming out in Storrs, CT. With Gosu, I'd call up the owner ahead of time, as he isn't open all the time, but he should actually be playing in the tournament himself. His name is Tommy: 978-308-9233
His prices are pretty good for what he has and the comps can play SC2 no problem. I think he has 10 rigs there, iirc.
Ok thanks bunches, I will be sure to give Tommy a call when the tournement is closer. Also will be signing up shortly. Looks like fun glgl ^^
No problem, but that actually brings up a good idea... Seeing if LAN centers will host people playing. You can have mini gatherings at different locations and still play in the online tournament. Thoughts?
yeah i'd MUCH prefer that drog. when's grand finals date/month? I want to make sure i'll be on the contintent still for it (leave end august) before i sign up for this
The finals are in May and you can bank towards the 3rd weekend. It's not finite just yet.
Also, if anyone has been holding out on joining the qualifiers due to lack of LAN atmosphere, worry not!
GosuLAN in Framingham, MA has offered their facility for anyone to come and play FOR FREE! Registering will be the standard $15 through paypal, but you'll be able to hang out with other people playing in the tournament and watch the stream. So it's almost like the good ol' LAN of yesteryear... I even have some swag to give out. Anyone want a SSD from Kingston?
