Is there a site where we can read up on the case, how does the father anticipate the online community will respond, is there anything else we should know... ? On a side note, with all due respect, that is, I don't know any of the circumstances or reasons for why she left, but I really don't understand how abandoning your parents makes sense. Or maybe it doesn't make sense, w/e . Not to bash Haley, but take a look at 1:13 , you see how she's made her parents suffer in worry? It's really hurtful and selfish, and I do hope it can be resolved. | ||

Remember reading Hatchet? After reading that I felt this huge want to go out into the wilderness and try to survive without my parents knowing my whereabouts, on purpose. I wanted a challenge. | ||

and to be honest i consider 17 years old old enough to move out of home. maybe there's something behind the scenes that happens - family violence etc. it's all very common, especially in young women sadly. girl may have very good reasons for running away | ||
