I can't tell if it is babelfish because I don't se how it would translate unit names (and at one point "lucker" is written). On the other hand, some of the words are pretty advanced if you don't know proper grammar.
that was a really bad translation, i gave up after a few sentences because it is probably not portraying his personality correctly (which is basically what i like to see in interviews).
