Download the replay and move it to the Starcraft replay folder (mine is C:\Program Files\Starcraft\maps\replays for example). Then you start Starcraft: Brood War, go Single Player (Expansion) and then choose the Load Replay option. The replay should be on the list, just start it and watch.
