Tenshi, the head organizator of iCCup Nation Wars, had to leave the staff due to real life issues. iCCup presents: iCCup Nation Wars (iNW)!

Will it remain true that Korea will topple everyone in the foreign scene? Or will we have another country be crowned as SC:BW’s prestigious #1?
iCCup Nation Wars is an event that gives players of the same nationality a chance to ally together and compete against rivals from a different country!
Which country will be the lasting BroodWar super power? We will find out as the season inches closer and closer to its final hours…
Will it be Korea tearing down the world with ease?
Will the United States unleash its fury upon the world?
Will the mysterious Hungarians step up and take gold?
Will China finally emerge from its slumber?
Or will the Russian bear make use of other nations as its claw sharpener?
If anything, for sure…Expect the Unexpected…

Schedule and Team
Players are allowed to register to participate in iNW at any given time in the season.
When team leaders are elected and organized their teams, it’s very important that leaders designate a CW coordinator for their team. It is the responsibility of these CW coordinators to send me a schedule with times when their team will most likely be available to participate for CW throughout each week. Specific iNW admins will pair teams with similar times for CW; the wars will be a custom format explained later. Top 8 teams at the end of the season will enter a playoff round, where they will glory, fame and the title of SC:BW International Champion!

By June 22nd – Final nominations for leaders
By June 27th – Vote for leaders
By July 4th – Organize teams
(Preparation period over)
July 5th – August 10th – CW/Qualifier Period
August 13th – Ro8 Playoffs
August 20th – Ro4 Playoffs
August 27th – Season Playoff

Do you want to participate? It’s easy, just follow the procedures below!
1) Follow the exact format to create an account ID: [Creation] Bracketed 2 letters of iCCup flag.
(ie. [US]Tenshi, [CA]Tenshi, [CN]Tenshi, [PL]Tenshi etc.)
Players are to register under the nationality of their official documents (ie. Their passport, license, etc.). Players no longer in a team will have their account locked (we don’t want random people not representing their country roaming the server).
2) Find your team page and join: + Show Spoiler +

Note: This list contains the top 40 countries from iCCup ladder last season, if your country is not in this list and want to participate, send a PM to iCCup.Tenshi on iccup.
3) Once you’re done, you need to send me a PM (via iccup.com to iCCup.Tenshi) with your known AKA’s, rank, country. I will keep this information in a formal list. This is important!

All participants must adhere to the following regulations:
In addition to our current ladder/tournament rules, players are forbidden to:
1) Be in more than 1 iNW team
2) Use more than 1 iNW account (No smurfs)
3) Share accounts (Be it 1v1 or 2v2)
The iNW admin team will be doing regular account checks for cases of shared accounts, caught in violation will result in immediate clearstats and account lock. If your account is locked, you’ll have to PM me for account unlock. Depending on your reason and sincerity, I might consider giving you another chance, but don’t bet on it.
Your respective clan accounts are perfectly safe and fine to ladder on, we only require you to limit yourself to ONE iNW- account (also perfectly fine and safe to ladder on).

All team leaders must be aware of the following:
As a leader, it is your responsibility to build a stable and efficient team. Therefore it will also be your responsibility to choose officers each designated with a specific role.

Team Officers:
1) Team leader – in charge of settling disputes between officers and/or members
2) CW Coordinator – in charge of arranging CW’s with other CW Coordinators.
3) Advertiser – Spreads teams popularity/interest in hoping to attract more people to participate.
4) 2 Recruiters – Recruits potential players.

Teams are limited to a maximum of 35 players including officers.

Format and Other Rules Regarding CW
Teams are limited to playing only 3 CWs a week against other iNW-teams. CW Scheduling will be handed to iNW admins; team CW coordinators are responsible for submitting a series of optimal times for CW.

There will be NO postponed matches
iNW teams are forbidden to challenge non-iNW teams (avoid country/team conflict)

Team Leader Selection
Players are to vote for their own countries team leaders only.
It will be separated into 2 phases; a nomination phase and a voting phase.
Players have until June 22nd to nominate their leaders. Send a PM to iNW- on iccup.com with the name of your desired candidate in the description.
Top 5 candidates will be announced and vote for your desired leader through the same process. Team leaders will be decided on the 27th.

This will be the official forum for iNW related announcements/issues until further notice. Teams are free to use it as they see fit. No BM/flame will be tolerated. If you wish to make an argument or opinion, be civil about it.

Our iCCup streaming team will be casting 1 or 2 ‘highlight wars’ on a weekly basis (most likely on Sunday). Exact time has yet to be decided.

Nope, you're allowed to stay in both clans. =)

The only rule is that iNW clans are not allowed to challenge non-iNW clans (ie. [Pain]), because there will be country/team conflicting issues.

you make an accout called [UK]Poetic and join the icc team, then I think you can only ladder on your Poetic[AoV] or [UK]Poetic account's. At least that's what I gathered.

I apologize if I didn't make this clear in the OP.
Players are not allowed to have more than one iNW- account.
So you can create another account [UK]Poetic and be perfectly fine. But you cannot create another [UK] account or an account of a different country than your own.

But please do not to create a 2nd iNW account.
