The RageQuitTV Open is a weekly StarCraft II competition, open for everyone to participate. Partnering up with the up and coming E-SPORTS platform JeeSports, the RageQuitTV team is looking to bring both competitors and spectators a convenient and memorable, but also action-packed StarCraft II experience.

This tournament will alternate weekly between the EU and NA servers, so players of any level and from both realms can prove themselves and fight for the 125$ prize pool. The bracket size will be 128. (Lowered due to lack of sign ups)

The whole tournament will be hosted on JeeSports.com.

1. Make an account on JeeSports, ideally with your B.Net nickname (you will add your character code later).

2. Go to “your lounge” (top right), click the star next to your nickname, select games, add game.

3. Select StarCraft II and ENTER YOUR NICK.CHARACTERCODE NEXT TO “YOUR NICKNAME”!!! (For example: noob.123) This is important for opponents to find each other. If you haven’t done this, you may be disqualified as it will be a huge hassle if your character code is not accessible. So please make sure to do this carefully and correctly.

4. Sign up for the tournament in the SC2 section. Direct link: http://www.jeesports.com/tournament/PC/Starcraft-II/181/NA-RageQuit-TV-Open-10/home. Check-in will begin on the day of the tournament, one hour before the start.

5. Join us on IRC! #RQTVOpen on Quakenet.

Terminus SE is the latest version of the map, which features destructible debris guarding the third base.
Tal’darim Altar is the latest GSL edition of the map. It doesn’t have rocks blocking the third but the third only consist of 5 mineral patches and one gas geyser. The choke to the natural is a bit more narrow so wall ins are easier to make.

adding starcraft 2 to games is a bit difficult, perhaps you should post a better explanation. also your link to the tournament page is wrong, it links you to some eu tournament

The signup process for this is a little difficult and long, I had 3 different forms to fill out at various points and had to register for a site that took me somewhere else, eventually I had to come back and follow the instructions and even then I was looking around for a signup link that doesn't even appear till I'm logged in. T_T

Yeah it is a bit tedious. Trying to get that fixed, but the good news is you only have to do it once! Also the site does keep track of how well you do so after a few weeks the seeding will work very well.
