UPDATE: 106/256 slots left until Mon, 03/21 18:59 CET
So the first GameCreds Cups were kind of a success! with up to 177 players, battling for the 100€ cash prize that got brillantly snatched away by Stephano from Millenium, GoOdy from ESC and Nerchio, from aAa in a series of epic BO5!
The GameCreds Cup is a weekly tournament, and we're now back for you!

Registration is free, and open to anyone who has an up-to-date SC2 profile on GameCreds (see how to do that). We're starting the season with a series of 256 slots tourneys, and might extend it to 512 slots if enough players want to join.

Starting from Ro8, if a match was played without the matchadmin or his permission, the match will be stated as invalid. The matchadmin responsible for your Ro8 games should contact you the Tournament Wall of comments on GmaeCreds.com - you can also ask for him there if he didn't.
Streamers are welcome to join as Observers BEFORE Ro4 (semifinals), and only if both players agree to it. Semifinals (Ro4) and Finals are exclusively streamed by GameCreds.com authorized streamers. - Game Setup

- Game preparations
+ Show Spoiler +Please resolve any problems that might occur before the match starts. It is strongly advised to close all "bandwidth-consuming" applications running in the background (P2P/download softwares, online video, emails...) to avoid painful lags during the game.
Specific agreements between the teams/players have to be posted as comments on the Tournament Wall. - Nicknames compulsory
+ Show Spoiler +Each player has to use the nickname that is entered in his/her GameCreds Starcraft 2 profile.
For instance, a player that has registered the profile "Titio" on GameCreds.com has to show up on Battle.net with the same profile, to play the games.

- IN GAME
- Player disconnect/Drop
+ Show Spoiler +If a player drops due to lagging out/Battle.net issue, the game has to be rehosted under the following conditions: - First 4 minutes of the match, if there was no opponent contact. - If a player drops after the 4 minutes, his opponent can choose wether to restart the game or take the win. - Rehost
+ Show Spoiler +In a rehosted game each player has to choose the same race as he/she picked in the disconnected game. - Pausing the game
+ Show Spoiler +If a player pauses a game he/she has to mention a reason for the interruption and how long it will approximately take. The game can only be resumed by the player that paused the game after he/she asks his opponent if he/she is ready.
Violation of this rule will be handled as unsportsmannship and can lead to a rehost. - Observers
+ Show Spoiler +Observers are only allowed if both players agree. Exception to this rules are GameCreds admins and people that are explicitly allowed to observe by an admin (e.g. shoutcasters or streamers). Under no conditions it is allowed to play with referees when players are hosting the games. - Surrender
+ Show Spoiler +The only way to surrender a match is to using the surrender function in-game. Saying "gg" or similar does not count as surrender. If your opponent types "gg" or similar while you believe they are at a disadvantage, you should continue to play to win, until the game is won, or they have surrendered. - Illegal Actions
+ Show Spoiler +Any actions that result in an unfair advantage are illegal. This includes bug using of any kind.
