Q. How do you feel after reaching the finals?
A. It feels nice.
Q. In the first set, your opponent engaged you very aggressively.
A. Yes, that's right. I made a mistake during the engagement which cost me my entire army. However, I was able to win the set by securing the gold expansion.
Q. You were quite outplayed in the second set.
A. I wasn't in the best condition. My economy management was off and I just couldn't focus which made the game very difficult.
Q. You managed to break the contain very well though in the third set.
A. I was hoping it wouldn't be a hellion drop and when I saw it, I thought to myself 'Oh dear... I'm dead'. Still, the damage was minimal which is why I went on to win.
Q. Did you only practice using the 1-1-1 build in TvT?
A. Lately, a lot of terrans have been using FE builds. I used the build which I knew would be very effective against that.
Q. Practice must be hard especially since the final is tomorrow.
A. It's very hard. It would be nice if there was more room in the schedule since I need to practice more to put in a good showing.
Q. Winning will mean you get to choose your opponents. Who do you want to face?
A. I've been wanting to face TSL_Fruitdealer-hyung ever since he dropped into the up and down matches. However, he's telling me not to which puts me in a dilemma. I'm still debating over it (laughs). I wanted to choose players like Fruitdealer-hyung and MakaPrime to make it an entertaining group.
Q. It seems like you could choose an easier path to reach Code S.
A. That's fine too but I wanted entertaining games... I just thought about it that way because it would be more fun for me.
Q. Who do you want to face in the final?
A. It doesn't really matter who I face. However, since I lost to ZeNexByun in the Ro8 of the Gainward SC2 tournament, I would like to play against him.
Q. Final thoughts?
A. I would like to thank my manager and my coach as well as oGsZenio who gave me a ride and cheered for me. I would also like to thank my teammates for helping me practice. oGs fighting!
