The winners are... OZ!

(P)Anytime!

- It has been 907 days since your last victory in the Hwaseung uniform.
▲ Being able to rejoin Hwaseung and come to the arena with all my younger teammates feels strange, and to play and win against the Air Force was a different kind of feeling as well. Because the practice conditions weren't very good on ACE, it made winning all the more exciting when I was on it; right now Oz's condition isn't so great either, so this win makes me just as happy.

- The team entered a losing streak as soon as you rejoined.
▲ It was very regretful, but seeing KT's results made me feel better (laughs). I hope (P)Reach-hyung can also help them get out of their losing streak.

- After returning to Oz your victory came quickly.
▲ This is kind of embarrassing. Our head coach said that while I was on ACE, I won the most against Hwaseung, so I had to end the losing streak that I'd created. When I was on ACE I thought we could defeat Hwaseung, but now that I'm back here and I see Oz's strong practice regimen, I don't know how I could've thought that... anyway, I'm here now, so I hope Oz can continue to do well against ACE in the future. [T/N: I'm kind of guessing what he's saying here because the chinese is kind of a clusterfuck]

- It seems you prepared a lot.
▲ (T)Firebathero pretty much never tries to set up contains, and I have no fear against that kind of Terran play. Usually I like using Arbiter play, so this time I switched things up a little bit and used Carriers instead. A little while ago, I saw (P)Much against (T)sKyHigh, which prompted me to formulate this idea, so I have to thank Much-hyung. I still get a little nervous, but my hands were still able to move quickly thanks to my large amount of practice.

- Have you adapted to Hwaseung's system yet?
▲ I'm slowly getting used to it. (sigh) This is really the life of a progamer! Due to the poor environment in the Air Force, it was difficult to get any efficient practice in, while Oz has practice partners and such, making the practicing environment much better.

- Your thoughts torward Round 2?
▲ We have always tried very hard, but end up losing, and it makes me very sad. During this time, (Z)Jaedong was always seen as fighting alone while the other teammates tried to support him. If I can properly help them out I think our ranking will definitely go up. We can't be too anxious. To be honest, right now other than Jaedong nobody is very outstanding, so we have to take it slowly. Before, when Oz was still PLUS, it took a lot of practice and hard work but eventually we rose to the top, so I think we can definitely do it again.

- Last thoughts
▲ Thanks to the coach who gave me the opportunity to start in the lineup, my victory is thanks to the practice partners and B-teamers who helped me train. Right now our team is starting to seem more like a family, so I'm glad.

(Z)Jaedong!

- You earned a victory right out of the gate in Round 2.
▲ In R1 we lost to ACE by a large margin, so today I wanted ACE to be the sacrifice to our victory. I'm very happy the teammates and I prepared hard and were eventually able to win. We can't be too happy yet, it's just that my pride has been restored.

- Your thoughts on the match?
▲ My mouse felt heavy, it wasn't good at all. I made too many small mistakes, which put me in a very bad position, so even though I still ended up winning I'm definitely not happy with the game. I hope to never show such a performance again.

- After all the Zerglings died you made Mutas [t/n unsure?]
▲ In ZvZ there isn't a lot of time to think, it's just dictated by what your hands do. In that sort of situation I had to make Mutas anyway to have a chance. Luckily I controlled my drones well and saved myself.

- Thoughts on Round 2.
▲ The goal I set for myself in Round 1 is still incomplete, so right now it's more important to adjust and maintain my condition. I can't have my skill level fluctuate too much, so I'll have to control my mindset well too.

- After Sashin's return the team has gotten stronger.
▲ Today everyone saw Anytime-hyung go out first and net us a victory. Recently we've had many 1:4 losses, so his victory made a big difference. He is also the hardest-working player of the team and lead by example, so everyone worked harder. In many ways he is the lifeblood of the team.

- Last thoughts
▲ Recently I've had some personal issues so I wasn't able to practice very much, so to be able to get past this difficulty and win made me very happy. A lot of things have been on my mind recently - I don't know if this is just what happens as I get older, but I hope the new year can come quickly. Right now due to the conflict at Yeonpyeong our country is suffering, and I have a lot of friends who went to military school who are probably going through some hard times right now. I want to take this time to cheer them on and encourage them. I hope they can all return safely.

Thanks to infinitestory for Killer & Princess interview!

Killer, Princess

Thoughts on helping your team break its losing streak?
>Killer: Winning my first game of R2 to break the team's streak makes me delighted. I hope we can now embark on a winning streak.
>Princess: Being in a losing streak made me very worried, so I'm very happy about today's win.

Thoughts on today's games?
>Killer: I didn't think I could just win with a group of lings. In practice, I had even considered playing a long game. Winning this quickly doesn't even make me that satisfied, since it was mostly due to luck.
>Princess: I had only practiced this new map for a short while, but I don't feel like it's advantageous toward Z. I sent zerglings early, and I guess my opponent didn't think of that.

Killer, you're in a winning streak, and Princess, you were in a losing streak.
>Killer: We all need to perform well to support the team. My personal winning streak is just the icing on the cake; the most important thing is the team's performance.
>Princess: At the outset, I wasn't incredibly worried, but once I was handed my first loss I became very anxious.

People seem to consider you guys as very weak when facing ACE.
>Killer: Whenever we play against ACE, we always lose a lot, but this time we finally won. I want to see us continue to win, and I don't think we're a weak team when opposing ACE.

You started off R2 well.
>Killer: We did poorly in R1, but we've already corrected our weaknesses. We'll do much better in R2. All of us have worked extremely hard, and we want to show everyone how much we've improved.
>Princess: In R2, we'll strive to return to the middle tier.

Anything else?
>Killer: In preparing for this match, I got a lot of help from my teammates, so thanks to them. I also want to thank my fan cafe's moderator, who has been diligent. My fan cafe's membership count is going through the roof! (haha)
>Princess: Thanks to Dear for helping me practice. I hope Shy can concentrate well in preparing for his MST games.

I always found it interesting how Jaedong managed to stay so good despite being on such a weak team.

lol, to be honest, I felt the same way. It kind of gives me hope, how Last year's PL winner is in the same ranking as Oz. Makes me say, it's not that bad, Oz can still climb out of the cellar hehe.

for kt fans it's the exact opposite - "we're tied with OZ?!?!? it couldn't get any worse!"
