So apparently the government has declared a state of emergency, it will be interesting to see what the Government response is, that is if they are capable of doing anything at this point. Also how will this affect the U.S. base that is located there.

The U.S. State Department said transport operations at the Manas base were "functioning normally."
This mountainous former Soviet republic erupted when protesters called onto the streets by opposition parties for a day of protest began storming government buildings in the capital, Bishkek, and clashed with police. Groups of elite officers opened fire.

Kyrgyzstan is a very poor country and poor people tend to be unhappy about the way things are run in their country. I guess we shall have to see what will happen
Fuck this shit, seriously. The capital city is being destroyed by marauders (Sc2 jokes incoming) at the moment, every largeish store is being robbed. And the stupid "opposition" is too busy fighting over seats of power to organize the police, and of course the president is nowhere to be found.
Is there an oil pipe going through that country or is it just the military bases?
Unless there are any resources that the west/russia wants it'll ignore whatever happens there as there bases can defend themselves by definition. Ofc everyone will say how bad it is and just work with whoever is left standing in the end.

There is nothing of value except the strategical position of those bases, unless you count a drug traffic route from Afghanistan to Russia.
Even with all the equipment the police do have, their bound to have trouble with dozens, if not hundreds of people charging towards you. And sucks if you get caught...
Opposition says that they have taken control of the Government:
"We have reached an agreement that the government will resign. That has not been signed on paper yet," Galina Skripkina, a senior official in the opposition Social-Democratic Party and member of parliament, told Reuters.

many exchange students came to US from kyrgyzstan last summer, some girls were cute and spoke decent english( at least much better than russian ones haha)
