It's a pretty cool nick, rolls of the tongue nicely. The 'Killers' and 'Swaggers' of this world are much sillier nicks to me, but each to his own.
There could be even worse: what about another 2-3 letters acronym like MVP, MC, MMA, etc? Personally, the silliest is a nickname the more I like it even if there are some exceptions like Titan or NightEnd.
