I do however think that Reach's 100 wins was far more epic, considering the majority of his games were played when PL wasn't on 4-5 times a week. :q Will be many players to break 100 wins the coming year most probably, due to the format. even still, flash won it in fewer games played, so the fact that PL wasn't on 4-5 times a week is irrelevant It IS relevant. If you're on a streak, you can rack up a lot more wins in the new format than you could previously, when there was much more time between games. Flash would be able to get 2-3 times the amount of wins in the same time Reach would when he got most of his wins due to the format. If you'd count WL (which I don't know if they do or not), it would be even easier to rack up even more wins. It would've been damn near impossible to have achieved Flash's ratio of wins/losses back when Reach got the majority of his wins, since you'd have to be consistent for 2-3 times the amount of time.
Flash's win/loss-ratio is extremely impressive, but he largely owes it to the current format, which has seen a lot of currently good players gaining many many wins. Just look at Calm, having more PL wins than Nal_Ra and Boxer combined (26 of his 91 PL wins in 2009 alone) despite them being around for about 6 years longer.

Yeah, I've always disliked Flash alot. Sure he's good and all, but he's not a fun or innovative player. He just uses the strategies that win the most, he admitted that himself. And yes, I realize every player does this, but Flash is so extreme in this aspect. And I think that's really cheap.
if you ever become a progamer and only play to lose, i'll start taking your post seriously.

I don't know where this 'Terran is the easiest race to be consistent with' nonsense is coming from.
Flash is consistent. Terran players in general are not. How about the 2nd best Terran player, Fantasy? He wouldn't just drop games to random Zergs below his skill level, right? I mean, he's Terran, and Terran always win against weaker players.
The reason Flash is so consistent is because of his amazing game sense. Flash explained it when he was asked what the difference between his style and Fantasy's is.
Players like Fantasy go into a game with a bunch of plans. If my opponent does X, respond with Y. They might go in ready to deal with 10 or 20 different situations. But if something happens that isn't in any of those plans, they fall apart.
Flash goes into a game with one general strategy, and then just plays it by ear and adapts on the fly according to what his opponent does. It's a game sense that can't be duplicated just by studying him.

Hmm.

I want to see a Jaedong vs Flash league finals. Jaedong vs Bisu no longer appeals to me.
Edit: That is, supposing that Flash won't 14 cc and lose to two hatch mutas 3 times in a row.

Can you link me the interview or chatlogs where flash has said that hes not an innovative player? iirc he said hes going to innovate tvp again lol And because flash wins the most hes the most 'extreme' in this aspect?

This post itself clearly shows that you have no idea how terran works or how flash plays
If you're going to hate on flash, atleast try to watch what he actually does instead of skimming through his youtube games.
If you still can't comprehend his plays after that, then I am sorry Instead let me recommend you some games by Leta to fulfill your feeble ADHD mind
