The pic on it's own was stupid, but probably wouldn't have gotten him a perm.

It's the fact that he made an alternate account JUST to post that image. It means he knew exactly what would happen if he posted it, and it means he knew it wasn't appropriate. In short, he thought he could circumvent the system, but the mother fucking system won.
