The dark clouds hovering over Teamliquid have dissipated as the red sword of fury comes down from the skies on high to destroy the evil that pervaded our land. The commoners could only watch in awe as the red sword struck down ghostwriter and WheelofTime, removing their blight from our sacred land. Their screams echoed for miles on end as they burned in the fury of the magic red sword. The commoners could not see who wielded the sword though, as the light shone so bright such that the mere citizens of Teamliquid had to shield their eyes to prevent blindness. Soon, however, the Gods from on high that granted the flash of light to Teamliquid retreated back into the heavenly realm from where they came, allowing the town of Teamliquid to bathe in the heavenly light once more.
TL rejoice, for the Gods on high have given us a signal! Let us rejoice in the glory and charity of Manifesto7 and Chill! A feast is in order!

A few hours later, as a young girl was heading back from flower picking, she spied a horrifying sight. From the graveyard, everyone who had died has been revived and is slowly walking back to the town... The girl immediately fainted, and the flowers that she had already picked fell around her. The revived continued their trek back to the town.
*******
Now it's a true mafia ending ^_^

Random Stats:
Apparently Rage has never banned anyone before today.
We're currently looking at 51 bans in two days, 13 of which are by Mani and 19 by Chill. If we get two more bans today, that'll tie the record of 31 bans in a single day.
In short, it seems the end is nigh.

And here I was wondering why Chill was like Johnny on the spot with a (nice) warning for me today...

To be fair, Chill banned the same guy (not ghostwriter) fifteen times before he ran out of patience to create new email accounts. Random fun fact, he registered with the following...
aikepah@gmail.com austin@aikepah.com ai.ke.pah@gmail.com a.ikepah@gmail.com ai.kepah@gmail.com aik.epah@gmail.com aikep.ah@gmail.com aikepa.h@gmail.com a.i.kepah@gmail.com aike.p.ah@gmail.com a.i.k.epah@gmail.com a.i.k.e.pah@gmail.com a.i.k.e.pa.h.@gmail.com a..ik.epa.h@gmail.com aik.ep.a.h@gmail.com
So I'm not sure if the record is legit.
Rage was recently promoted to moderator. I am very proud that he broke his cherry today.

Who has the all time ban record?
I'm gonna guess twisted.
Edit: Is there any record or am I going to have to just go through the ban list thread and tally them up? (Which obviously wouldn't count however many bans there were before the ban list's inception.)

Actually, that was the old data.

So I'm not sure if the record is legit. Well, Meat's record was set by banning a bunch of zero post users, but I'm not sure if there's a story behind that or anything. Anyway, we're sitting at 33 for today now.

The story behind that has to do with our VOD tracker, and how massive numbers of Chinese were registering in order to access the tracker, iirc.

imweakless was just temp banned for 1 week by Manifesto7.
That account was created on 2009-09-15 01:22:00 and had 208 posts.
Reason:
Greetings! You've received this message because we here at Teamliquid have noticed a disturbing lack of personality in your posts. Most members here try to promote discussion by typing thoughtful, meaningful and interesting posts. Others post crude, primitive one-line responses that add nothing but more text to read. Right now, we've got you pegged as an "other". Generally, this means one of two things: 1) You haven't been putting enough effort into your posts, or 2) You're a zombie, caveman or one of those trained apes like in "Congo". Any of those things would be great if this were a buddy cop movie or a movie where you have to babysit a bunch of spoiled rich kids who learn to love you, but it isn't. It's a forum, where all we have to know you by is what you type. So here's to hoping you're part of the first group, and that in the future you put more effort into each post. We'd hate to have to ban you because we thought you were a zombie.
Made me lol.
Is this a new ban reason? This could become a useful canned response. Although I wish there were fewer of the "crude, primitive one-line responses that add nothing but more text to read" types.

Actually, as far as I know, gmail addresses dont actually include the dots, mails are delivered without it. (which is good, because for e.g. noone can register mani.festo@ if you already own manifesto@) That means that he only had to make that one aikepah@gmail.com account, and he could register all these TL nicks by just adding periods, still using the same single account on his end. Abuse :-p
+ Show Spoiler +#edit: apparently you can also register multiple iccup accounts this way. Which is also abusive, but kinda cool at the same time too :-p
