ok i drew this last night after smoking and i was seeing all kinds of weird things in the smoke but now that i'm sober it's less obvious. if someone decides to do this one i think the strange smoke is important lol

The eel in mario n64 always scared me for some reason. Same with morray eels ,anglers, and lampreys. I was thinking of maybe doing a lamprey mouth for the main creature since then i'd have all of them covered but youd probably need a different angle to really make it work.
So anyways its a little submarine exploring a shipwreck with its flashlight. Sees that damn mario n64 eel but it's actually just the lure for the main monster with its big glossy angler eye. I think it might also work better if the angler leading to the little eel came from the bottom of his body through the sand into the ship(or it's his tail).
Was imagining some cool lighting/water effects in my head since it's deep underwater with the minimal light source from the submarine. If someone decides to pimp my art thanks for your time in advance : D.
