You can't see the fish fillets but they are in there underneath the spice. Spice Breakdown: You can kinda see the three different materials floating on top, right? The top left is diced chilies, the top right is whole chilies (your night ends if you take a whole bite of one of those). On the bottom is the 花椒 Peppercorn which will completely numbify your face of all sensation except savoriness- salty delight. This sort of dish is ordered for everyone at the table to enjoy. In addition to MANY types of fish that are cooked this way one finds meats, raw vegetables, congealed duck blood, dofu, bullfrog, chicken wings, pig brain, goose liver, and more! | ||
