As for Caller, what do people think about giving him a warning? I don't like making exceptions usually, but Caller has hosted 5? games and played in more games than anyone except Ace without any problems before this. Is a warning sufficient? 1) In TMMM, it was not just a simple case of inactivity. Caller showed up halfway through the first day, called L a "fagtron," voted for himself (his own team) in the wrong thread, then never bothered to post again.
2) I posted multiple times in both threads for him to change his vote, since all he had to do was move it, though he did not.

Edit: 4) I received no reasoning behind any inactivity. Generally isn't it considered a courtesy to tell the host if you're going to be inactive for a while?

I recognize that Caller has been a stellar host and has a clean slate as far as games go, but justice is supposed to be blind. Of course, I have not talked with Caller personally (Qatol is doing so, presumably!) so this may change based on what comes out of that. Currently though, I stick by my hardline and say that it should be a one game ban.
