Greg I've been watching you stream a lot lately and sometimes being streamcheated. I was wondering if you are really so upset about it; why dont you put a delay on your stream?

I doubt it is really that big of a deal. Half the time, I bet it doesnt really help the screencheater that much. Of course if he is doing some unorthodox play and the guy counters perfectly it helps, but besides that, Greg's play is usually good enough to counter it.
Also, for the most part he is just doing ladder games, which, dont matter that much.

it actually makes a huge difference and i think the number of stream cheaters is far greater than what people expect, its just not worth fucking with the viewing experience and making it more difficult for me to run ads to have a better winrate in ladder games where i'm playing distracted anyway.

it has 3k+ now, just have to wait a bit.
The harder it becomes, the more you should focus on the basics.

Ya, that makes sense. Thinking about it, you are probably playing on here for the purpose to improve and get ready for other events/tourneys, so it must be pretty frustrating to not play "real" games and just have to mess with stupid people basing their game off of knowledge that the normal player would not have.
Despite that though, thanks for still streaming and helping a Brother out! The comments really make it fun and good to watch!

I don't disagree. maybe add a delay. And set aside time for Q&A with subs.

just a thought.

I tried asking this question in IdrA's stream chat for like 15 minutes with no answer... maybe its a touchy subject... but did IdrA give up on trying to play Terran? I was pretty excited to see him learn/reacquaint himself with his BW race but haven't seen him stream any Terran in weeks. Just wondering if that's still a thing or did he just give it up after being stuck in low masters (last I saw)?

Loved Asug Rog, hope for many more casting, especially in the biggest of the premier tournaments :D!

I am trying to watch the stream as always tough, but there seems to be so much static/background noise that it is very hard to watch comfortably

He was going to do it last week or week before but major never showed up. He is trying to do it while coaching unless I am mistaken.

I'll be honest, I thought people watching you only because of bad attitude and rage, but now that I checked on you lately I realize that you are extremely good streamer due to the fact that you explain every step of your gameplay. I am terran player myself, but I learned a lot watching your stream. I learned to understand zerg better, I see their weaknesses better and I know what things are considered stupid as terran and stopped doing those. My results have increased since. Thank you Idra, you are the best streamer we have here. Keep up the good work.

Why not invite one of your progamer friends (incontrol for instance) and make a series of games 1on1 against each other or even some 2on2s with you talking with the other player, commentaiting and stuff.

This would bring in massive viewers imo

For instance you could invite Machine, play a few ZvZs, talk about those games, play a few ZvT's and talk about that.. chat a bit and that's it.

Incontrol, Machine, Major, Artosis, etc.. This would be great for both guys and would bring in good viewer numbers for sure. The only thing i see that is a problem, is the ego and people taking the losses well :D

I would love to see more casting/analyzing on this stream. There's tons of high-level replays out there and everyone loves to hear Idra share his insights, right? Or even as mentioned in the OP, play a few ladder games, then pick a replay of one of the better games and do an in-depth analysis immediately afterwards. That would rock.
