By "these guys" I assume you're talking about the progamers.
Don't expect the world to be centered around you and your specific needs of entertainment. We are many (including most of South Koreans who are interested in Esports) who thoroughly disagree with you. Personally I don't hate sc2 and I follow the scene to a certain extent, but I LOVE bw. Therefore I don't really give a rat's ass about your useless opinion, yet I'm still offended enough to write this.
Also, if you really "love bw and always will" why do you want its downfall just because a game with the same name came out?
If SC2 can't prevail without all the bw A-teamers, then don't expect it to.
