Was wondering if I was just oblivious to it There have been a ton of rule changes before this EURO, including: - kickoffs can now be played backwards - more rules about bad throwins, both hands need to be beside the ball, one hand supporting is not allowed anymore - freekicks after offside now from a different position - underwear has to match kit colors - triple punishment - no red, only yellow if you go for the ball but accidentally foul the opponent in the box as last defender - cards can be given before kickoff - playing without shoe does not cause a freekick anymore, but is allowed until the next break - GK moving off the line before the ball is touched on a pen get yellow, pen is repeated, if it fails - when a player taking a pen stops down, he is awarded a yellow (that was the same) but the pen is forfeited (old rule: it was repeated) - treatement of injured players on the field is allowed, if the foul causing it was awarded a card There have been a lot more, but I forgot most of them  But basically it is a major patch, almost an expansion.e) ah sneirac posted some summary.
