EDIT* *Thanks to BroOd for the awesome poster, I couldn't stop laughing when I saw it ^^ <3 to you good sir.
So, work was slow, so I had some free time and whipped out this Hype video for Liquid'Tyler, check it out (NSFW Audio, sorry, but the song was perfect ), post your own, throw up some fan art, or just support Tyler in general...2 IN A ROW BABY!
the part where all the players names were shown..and suddenly I was like wtf when the dice came up..then I saw tlo and realized it was random. Was kinda weird the dice popping up between all those epic symbols :D
Sometimes Youtube blocks out the audio if the song is recognized to be copyrighted. You might wanna re-upload with a different song later. Nice hype video thou =)
Can't play the video, maybe cause I'm not from the US? Anyways, like the Hype, Tyler is a RTS genius, would be epic if he reaches the finals again, especially with all the Koreans in the tournament. And it seems he's really getting in shape now

Updated to Metacafe, sorry for the inconvenience, hope you all like it. Keep in mind this is A thread for all things Tyler hype, so support our liquid players ^^
Your video made me root for Tyler and America! FUCK YA
Hmm, the awesomeness of American Starcraft makes people like America...time to get this out to everyone who hates America, so it seems. TSL hype ends international conflicts, yo. lol

Indeed.
I'm disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm! Support Tyler guys!! <3 everyone who is supporting, and for everyone who isn't, good luck to your favorite players as well (up until they hit Tyler, at which point much face smashing and waving of the American flag will happen. lol)

Or at least i hope so :d
I think it's definitely possible, no one's fantastic at PVP right now and Korean's are pretty predictable (3 gate blink or 4 gate), so I'm hoping to see Tyler smash some faces ^^
Tyler's match is in less than a day guys, get pumped up! Round of 32 vs Strelok, Keep cheering on your liquid players, the Ukrainian is going down! Liquid'Tyler Fighting!
Liquid`Tyler FIGHTING!!! America's champion will win again. Would love to see a foreigner really destroy everyone and take the tourney. And I really think Tyler has the best chance to do so!
After that series, Tyler's going to need all the support he can get if he faces MC, so get behind Tyler guys, we all know he can do it! Let Tyler know you believe, take a page out of Journey's book, and don't stop belivin! Liquid will have the worlds #1 protoss!
This guy is awesome. I like how he's became such a community person. hes the only stream that i know of or atleast watch that he shows himself as well as the game while he plays which makes it feel more sociableish. Didn't do too well at mlg but atleast he's still in tsl and hopefully rocks nasl.
Indeed. It didn't seem like Tyler playing, I feel like maybe he was on tilt? I'm curious about the motivation on blink vs charge in game 3, I feel like charge would've made that game different, but then again who knows. Still supporting Tyler though, hope all goes well in the NASL!

Bad Luck with the 0-3, but it's OK. You're still a really good player, you just didn't get this one. We're all pulling for you in NASL, Tyler, and we all know you can win it ^^ Good Luck, and tough break, we know you'll win next time

a tsl support thread is now not the thing he need right ? i think we should really stay realistic and without that much scouting always do the 3gate robo is not good vs super fast expend (not mention game2) ... damn i would loved seeing him vs mondragon final

If you have a problem with his play, there are strategy forums and other places to put it, a support thread is for just that, supporting the player, not saying he should have done something else or anything negative. I would hate Tyler reading this thread and seeing all sorts of nay-sayers because he had an off day
Don't worry guys, Tyler is a chill guy. He'll probably pull himself together in time for the nasl, but if not, he just needs a break. Ever SC2 pro plateaus a bit and then after a short break, they get back onto their feet.
Ive always been a pretty big fan of tyler since the start of beta. even though i didnt watch much SC:BW I just had this urge to support him.
however I just dont feel like hes putting the time in/games played. Once in a while ill look up my favorite players on SC2ranks, and he just never seems to have that many games played.
I understand he likes to single player griding builds out, as thats what may have worked for him in SC:BW but IMO SC2 is just go new that new stuff is popping up all the time, something he may have never seen/have no experience with if he doesnt put in the time on ladder.

Once again, please keep any negativity out of this thread, this thread was meant to support a player, not critique his play. If you'd like to do that, there is a wonderful strategy forum you can try. Thanks
I didnt critique his play at all. I just said i feels like he isnt putting in as much time as other players are. and maybe he needs to before he can really make a splash

Call it whatever you want, but this isn't the place to post it. Thanks.
Get ready for Tyler to tear up the NASL! He's got a pretty stacked group but at least he doesn't have the scariest Koreans (Zenio/BoxeR are good, but no MC/July).
I think as builds become more refined and standard, his analytical play will start to shine again. One can only hope!

I'm pretty sure he's doing this pretty much full time. Remember, most pros have accounts on multiple servers (ie. Tyler ladders on EU and KR at least) and possibly some smurf accounts. Include single player practice, as well as watching replays of your opponents, and VODs, and then factor in that players have varying practice styles (ie. HuK plays a shitload, HayprO I believe is known to ladder less, yet they both do this full time) and this really isn't that surprising.
Granted, I agree that Tyler has yet to show his full potential in SC2, and I sure hope he does so.
He seemed to be trying so hard to play safe that in the end he had a day[9] tweener build. Its ok against everything but behind against everything also.
As soon as he saw the potential cloak banshee he put up a cannon at 1 expo and obs with stlker at other.....and wat poped out......a raven.
He will be alright in the long run, he knows what he's doing but still struggling to find his feet in sc2.
He'll definitely be alright. It felt more or less like this was just a build he felt that he had refined for this match up and then encountered a response he had not previously dealt with using said build. The safe play is good, just needs more testing to develop the proper responses to specific situations.
Regardless, NASL coming up and we'll see Tyler bring the heat. <3
Tyler to win the NASL 1st place prize ho!!!! he deserves it more than anybody at this point. he has gone far too long without a big win T___T TYLER FIGHTING!!!!!!
