it'll be embarrassing if the koreans end up dominating this tournament. If foreign players can't keep up with the koreans than we might as well not have a western scene in the first place. No one wants to watch koreans attending every foreign tournament for "free money".

I think that, while it may be favor of the koreans, it won't be as bad as a lot of people think. There is a cap on how good you can get, and you progress towards it slower over time. Means that we can get closer to korean skill level over time.

And it's nice that almost every game is guaranteed to be good. ^^

Unfortunately, tournaments like the IEM are already pointing in the direction of Korean domination.

I don't agree with you that a western league would be pointless though.
