I doubt if its really smart to post your reppacks if you are in top 48 your possible oponents can study your game style and bo's you use on certain maps.
Not a smart thing to do.....

The replay packs are not property of Team Liquid and the "TSL" accounts are not property of Team Liquid. Basically you are telling people they cannot sell what is rightfully theirs. The rules never stated that you could not sell your replays until after the tournament began, and beyond that what penalty could you enforce on non-qualifying participants? You created a framework for the tournament through existing infrastructure and not a single player legally agreed to anything of the sort. Maybe I am missing something here, but maybe it could be re-worded to "Players are strongly encouraged to not sell or release replays from their TSL account for menetary or commercial gain." If there is something I am not getting please let me know.
All replays are property of blizzard (or something along those lines) which means you cannot sell replays by law (which is why a site like wcstrategy.com tied commentaries with their reps in order to commercialize them through subscription). TSL doesn't want to support players in their tournament that are doing something illegal or they lose face to blizzard.
